Phase2: 200 MW

APU signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Electric Power, Myanmar’s Ministry of Electric Power, dated August 27^th, 2014 for building, operating and transferring of gas fired combined cycle power plant.

With the assistance of APU, Myanmar UPA (MUPA) as a project company, UPA’s subsidiary, in which the Company holds 99% of shares, has entered into a power purchase agreement of 200 MW with Myanmar Electric Power Enterprise (MEPE)
